District Information

The Groves of St Lucie County Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on September 23, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, Ordinance No. 24-030 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 25-022 amending Ordinance No. 24.030 and renaming Bedner Farms Community Development District as The Groves of St. Lucie County Community Development District, effective December 10, 2025.
